Damaged Items: Pots and planters are structurally bulky and fragile. If your item arrives broken or physically damaged during transit, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Verification: To be eligible for a replacement or a refund, you must provide clear unboxing photos or videos showing the damaged section of the pot.

General Returns: Due to high local multi-partner logistics costs, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind or incorrect size selection. Please verify all planter dimensions carefully before purchasing.
